It has been my pleasure to work with Landirr’s staff on the construction of the Venetian Bay Golf Course. The course is located in New Smyrna Breach, Florida and is owned by Venetian Bay of NSB, LLC, has been under contract with Landirr, Inc. since 2006 and during that time, the installation of the irrigation system, green complexes, tee boxes, turf, landscaping, and drainage system has been completed on schedule and within budget. With the help of Landirr, the 4.2 million dollar project has been successfully completed.
